The High on Ice Winter Festival is an annual event contracted out by the City of Fort St. John. Since its inception and until 2012, the Fort St. John Community Arts Council carried out this event. Held in January, the event showcases both professional and amateur carvers that come to compete. This catalogue includes photos from the 2006 event.
