High on Ice is a local event that has professional ice carvers that compete in different competitions. Since its inception to 2012, the City of Fort St. John contracted the event to the Fort St. John Community Arts Council. The event draws the community together to celebrate. In addition to the beautiful ice sculptures, this family event includes slides made out of ice for the children.
