Arts and Culture Week was a provincial celebration of the diversity of the arts. It was designed to encourage participation in cultural activities and events and raising awareness of the contribution of the arts.

The Flowerpot Project was a part of the Arts and Culture Week. It was created to support the arts while also making the community a beautiful place. It was organized through the Fort St. John Community Arts Council. This catalogue also includes the City of Fort St. John’s proclamation of Arts and Culture Week in 2002.
