The Banner Project was initiated by the Fort St. John Community Arts Council. It seeks out artists in the North Peace Region to design banners for the downtown area of the city. This file contains the call for the 2015 proposals and discusses the details of the project. This includes the theme for that particular year, “Take a Flight,” going along with the 2015 Fort St. John Airshow.
