Because Fort St. John has a lively arts community, there are many opportunities to appreciate and participate in the performing arts. Festivals are one way of doing so. This catalogue contains newspaper clippings related to the North Peace Festival of the Arts  (1988-1990) and the BC Festival of the Arts (1989). This includes articles such as a feature on some of the award winners, photographs of the Watt School of Dance Irish dancers, and local residents’ participation in the BC Festival of the Arts.
